我也是。live chat了一下，跟我说他们oversold了。。。
Due to the high number of orders placed for the Acer laptop, orders are
going under review to check for both possible fraud and available stock.
The issue that had occurred with the Acer laptop was that it was advertised
on SlickDeals with the Xbox promotion code, which was meant to be signed up
for through our website. As a result, thousands of orders were placed at
the same time and we have since oversold our stock. I sincerely apologize
for the delay. You should receive a confirmation e-mail with the result of
the order review within the next few business days.
