This e-mail is in response to your recent request for additional refunds.
As per the "Termination of Membership" section of the Terms of Membership
and Membership Agreement that apply to the program, upon termination of your
membership, under the monthly payment plan, you will not owe any further
fees and will not be entitled to a refund of past membership fees charged to
