就打电话问为什么还没九月POST CREDIT,等到了这个:
This e-mail is in response to your recent request for additional refunds.
As per the "Termination of Membership" section of the Terms of Membership
and Membership Agreement that apply to the program, upon termination of your
membership, under the monthly payment plan, you will not owe any further
fees and will not be entitled to a refund of past membership fees charged to
your account. As per these terms, we are unable to approve your request for
additional membership fees.
If you wish to speak with a representative regarding this matter, please
call Consumer Affairs at 800-307-4560.
