卖了一个原包装的，病人说没找到code，我想当然回信说the code should be on the
CD sleeve, there is a sticker on the CD sleeve.
结果病人说The CD came inside a box with no sleeve.
我有些糊涂了。

应该是在CD COVER的后面
病人寄回来了，应该真的是没有，一点痕迹都没有。

I was trying to install this antivirus and it gives me a message that I
should have activation code. I couldn't find any in the package. Would you
please send it to me? Thanks

I checked it again but there is no sleeve at all. Like I said before, the CD
came in a box with no sleeve. There is a brochure in the box but I don't
see the activation code on it.
It was my wife who opened the package for the 1st time and my baby must have
taken the sleeve out of the box. My wife did not remember what was inside
the box. When I arrange stuffs, I found the sleeve. I am really sorry for
the inconvenience I have created. I really appreciate your good faith
business and I look forward doing business with you.
