I wrote to the costumer service as following,
I felt disappointed for that BN acted silently. Costumers deserve a
notification email for any change of their orders, including cancellation.
Please issue me a gift card with the balance I spent in this order, as I did
not keep the original gift card with null balance after order. Thanks.
