病人付了钱，然后要求该shipping地址，我靠，这不明白着想占我便宜？
我就立马refund他了，然后请求cancel transaction.
可是病人拒绝cancel并且更SB的给我留了negative feedback！！
请问各位这个negative能remove么？如果联系ebay的话. 有谁有类似的经历啊？

未经病人同意取消交易吃neg，ebay不管。

You should communicate with the buyer first before cancellation. You need
tell buyer that per se Ebay and Paypal policy, you can only ship to Paypal
confirmed addresses. The buyer can add the new shipping address to their
Paypal confirmed address list. If he said that he cannot do that, then you
ask home to send you a cancellation request email. If he refuse that, you
have a legitimate reason to refund him. Then if there is an Ebay negative,
you can ask Ebay to remove it.
