The item appeared to have been previously used and not new as described in
the product description. Before I can return the item, my kids had opened
the free game included with the package so I am stuck with the item.
I contacted Amazon and I asked for a 40% credit as refurbished or used items
are discounted at about that price. They can only refund me 20% of the
purchase price.
Now, I am happy with Amazon for doing this and giving me 20% credit.
However, I am not happy with my experience with your store.
What can you do to help improve my shopping experience with you?
