卖了个4 Tb硬盘（暑假时从http://www.acomdata.com/p-279-sambadual-4tb-usb-30-external-drive.aspx买的）
结果病人来鸿
Dear dillongeo,
Received drive, changed to One Big Drive and began full (not quick) format.
This takes a while, and computer crashed about a day into the format. So I
formatted the drive "quick", and it completed in a few minutes. Then I
started to move data to the drive and it locked up the computer. Rebooted,
and tried full format again, proceeded well till about 50% and appears stuck
at this point. Please help.
硬盘还是在warranty内的，我该肿么办？
