那个buyer果然tmd有问题，我同意return for refund，buyer说11月23号说寄出来了，
从那以后我要求多次tracking都没有respond，然后12月初buyer直接和paypal开了case
，我还是同意return。丫一直没有动作直到deadline前一天给了一个invalid tracking
number，我之前以为没drop，今天一想不对，和paypal打了电话，paypal说buyer网上
填的有typo，正确的已经给他们了，然后拿着正确的tracking说今天deliver，刚才收
到一看，tmd空盒子。第一时间电话给paypal，sb paypal直接给了refund给buyer。我
只好再appeal。刚刚收到paypal的email，这样说的

现在咋办？应该找谁去repord拿paypal要的document？
如果这个账号我以后就不用了，永远negative，有啥别的影响吗
