在amazon上卖了个硬盘,今早收到邮件:
Return reason: Defective/Does not work properly
Buyer comments: USB could not be recognized in the system. After several
retries it did detect and data was transfered for testing. The data transfer
was aborted in between and data lost.
这种情况怎么处理啊?可以让病人直接联系客服吗?如果他执意退货邮费啥的又怎么处
理比较妥当?能不能收个restocking fee啥的?
由于是amazon上第一笔交易,不想吃个neg,大家帮忙说说怎么处理比较好。说的好的
