hi i had purchased the leapfrog leappad tablet from you and when we took it
out on christmas it did not work. The 1 year warranty states that i need a
store receipt.
whated to know if you could help me out with this or if you had a suggestion
on how to get another one

除了给个收据还有别的办法吗？我的都是网上订的，没有店里的收据，上面除了价格还
有个人信息，如果都抹掉了，病人还能弄到WARRANTY吗？如果弄不到，他会不会找我退
货啊？

make a copy for your self and mail either the original or copy to patient.
That is the best way, otherwise, you have to accept return and contact
manufacture by yourself.
Just ask the patient say the LP is the gift from the holidays.
