叫ahappydeal.com. 网站上登的照片并没写是iphone，写的是"phone"(当时觉得好笑）
，标价25刀但一看就是iphone的仿制品。正好LG的手机坏了，想找一个不要contact的
手机，看到这个就想试试吧。
谁知根本就是上当。一个月后收到手机，打开一看居然很厚颜地标上“iphone",觉得
很不舒服。更可笑的是，这假冒品居然根本没法用，一打就关机，简直没法打电话。你说你做
IPHONE的假冒吧，好歹也得能用吧？就这种质量，也好意思假冒iphone?
我找他们客服argue，能不能refund，但他们要我付shipping fee.我想如果我要
replancement,付也就罢了，问题我要的是refund，买的时候已经付了shipping fee了
，退的时候又要我付shipping fee,这一来一回的钱就相当于手机的钱了，那不等于我
花了25啥都没拿到么？这make sense么？
他们客服态度真的是超烂的说。下面帖的是他们的几段回复：

现在居然把我的发言权给封了，现在连argue的权利都没有。说实话，在美国做网上交
易信任别人习惯了，碰到国内这种无赖加无良公司还真让人抓狂。他们在美国卖非法假
冒伪劣产品居然还理直气壮。我现在根本就不想同他们打交道，想通过credit card公
司把钱要回来，可行么？

LOL. so if the phone worked it wouldn't have been an insult to apple?
are you mad at them because they violated copyright law or were you
mad because they wanted you to pay shipping?

I can tell you I was mad at them for both. Is there anything wrong that I
was mad that their products not working? I did feel very uncomfortable when
I saw the "iphone" and the logo on that crappy phone, and the fact that it
didn't work makes I feel even worse.
I have an iphone 4 and love apple products. I already emailed apple about
this website.
I posted it here to make people be aware of this shameful website. They don
't advertise but they do put "iphone" and the logo on their crappy products.

$25 for iphone, even a fake one? You should know it even before you clicked
to buy.
Anyway, I strongly support you dispute through your credit card company.

人家网站上没说是假iphone，我买了之后才知道是假iphone.我自己用iphone当然不喜
欢买假iphone。为了打击盗版，所以要贴上来让大家都知道。
我LG自己cheap，舍不得买iphone，又不是我不给他买。

我觉得cc dispute不见得能赢。因为vendor不是说不修，而是说要买家出shipping, 这
个大部分retailer都是这样的。

The phone you ordered does not work and vendor refused to work with you to
solve the problem. You should be fine then.

仿制品不一定要标iphone啊，标了iphone还有logo就不对了，这是质的区别。

那他们卖假iphone可以argue吗？广告上登的是"phone",拿到手是”iphone", 属于
description和实际产品不符合。
我要refund，还要我出shipping fee，那我不就等于白付钱什么都没拿到么。

首先，我想买的不是假IPHONE，只是想买能WORK的不需要CONTRACT的PHONE。拿到手后
才知道这公司居然把IPHONE LOGO贴到那么破烂的东西上，而且那破烂居然还不WORK。
