hp touchpad, 病人玩了整一个月，玩爽了，现在直接file A-to-z Guarantee Claim against Amazon.com order. 一看就是个老手。你们都来给我出个主意。
We have received a claim under the A-to-z Guarantee program for the order xxxxxxxx because the item the buyer received was found to be defective during its first use . The buyer's comments were "Received the tablet as a gift. Tried charging the tablet for 2 days and tablet would not charge. Seller said it was a 2 piece charger and to make sure it is connected properly. I did that many times and still not charging. Something is wrong with the tablet or the charger, not sure which one. Not confident in the quality of the product and would like a full refund. Still have all boxes that product shipped in. ".

你这到底是ipad还是touchpad
要是touchpad的话charging是个常见问题，出现率很高。不过不知道病人为啥直接A to

是hp的touchpad, 我之前已经告诉他那是个常见问题，并告诉了解觉办法，病人也回
信了，说现在charger没问题了，但是还要退或换其它牌子的tablet。你看看下面病
人的来信
Tried messing with the charger after first noticing the problem. It is
connected fine. Problem now is I don't have confidence in the product itself
. Would like a refund or exchange for a different brand of tablet. Would pay
any difference in price.

我现在让他return, 否则amazon直接把那钱charge了，到时我损失300还搭上一个新的

hp质量本身没问题，是病人太笨，两个piece的charger，病人就不会玩了。

Touchpad 不充电是通病，我自己的就是这个烂毛病，这个病人不一定是evil。

这个倒不一定是病人故意Evil.有不少人买了作圣诞礼物，圣诞节后才打开用的。

大多数美国病人还是好的，还是reasonable的，但是现在恶病人的比例是在上升。
前一阵卖球票，一个病人一下买了6张，还是最好位置，然后把我叫到一个地方meet
，因为是大单，我就去了，没想到，到点了，病人打电话过挑明说就是开我玩笑
的。
