restricted item
一般是personal care item or baby item like pregnancy test kits,diabete test
kit等,
只有authorized的seller才能卖,跟时间没有什么关系.这个authorized要很大规模很正
规才能拿.

test
前端时间不是Canon 55-250也是restricted，现在可以卖了，但是不能以New Item的形
式卖，现在Adobe LR3之类的adobe软件都不让卖了
