Military. Send it with USPS insurance and you will be fine.

这个我邮寄过一次，可是从amz给的那个usps里没有insurance这一项，是不是下次直接
去邮局寄好些？要18-24天才能到，丢的可能性增加了？

You can print the label at USPS site and it is 7 cent cheaper than Stamps at
Amazon. At USPS site, You can use USPS Regional box A ($9.37) and Insurance
. Never lost one package to military address including Iraq and Afghanistan
although got one returned.
