use a linux livecd, start, mount the harddrive
then u can access the files
u can erase the passwd by editing /etc/passwd on the partition you
mounted, but i believe you can save the trouble just installing a fresh
version of other operating systems

一般机器有一个special partition，F11或者别的什么特殊键可以重新boot from that
partition， 然后可以会到出厂设置。

这个搞过了，只恢复windows 7 下得设置，ubuntu 纹丝不动。

那不就简单了？ 到windows7，把ubuntu分区直接删掉！
