我去年一，二月份所有帐号都买好了recycle一年的purchase，现在发现只有一个帐号
有rewards,其他帐号里竟然没有rewards. How come?

purchase immediately on that day, still no reward. Called, told to wait, it

I might be wrong:
Should start @ 3rd quarter, ink rewards had to be matched w/ quarterly
purchase, then OD decided to give us 3rd quarter as waiver period, thus 4th
quarter is the only quarter you got penalized if you did not make matching
purchase, so no biggie.
You win some you lose some.
