怎么个死活不退钱法？
跟paypal/credit card公司玩这个很难的，除非你不想在美国混了。

你要是有这个想法的话，的确可以不退钱。办法就是用paypal把钱提走，然后关闭和之
链接的银行账户。但是前提就是你打算完全退出ebay，在几百块钱这个数额方面，ebay
不会再追究。有很多卖电器的，有几千点好评，最后evil一把，然后走人，这种事情在
ebay也并不罕见。
对于seller protection这个东西保护得太窄了，几乎和没保护差不多。请仔细看条款：
其实他们只保护一种情况：就是客人签收了以后，还声称没有收到。（有那么笨的evil吗？）其余的他们都是不保护的。

buyers file eligible claims through the eBay Resolution Center.
When do I qualify for eBay Seller Protection?
If you sell an item that is eligible for eBay Buyer Protection and the buyer
filed an item not received claim with eBay on this item, you are eligible
for eBay Seller Protection.
To qualify for eBay Seller Protection, be sure to:
Communicate proactively with your buyer throughout the transaction.
Ship items within 7 days of the stated handling time on your listing.
For pre-ordered or made-to-order goods, ship within the timelines stated in
your listing.
Use a shipping method that provides tracking information and/or valid
delivery confirmation to the address in the PayPal transaction details or
eBay order details page.
Signature confirmation is required for transactions over $250.
Retain your shipping documentation
Respond to the eBay resolution process in a timely manner.
