这种case amazon给我cover过两次。
我每次都记录sn，在amazon的seller memo那里，然后保留了照片。
退货退到ups store，当着小儿照相，写好一个证明信，证明收到的printer盒子上面的
sn是啥，请小儿签名。
然后把这些材料提供给amazon，amazon就给我cover了。至于有没有赔买家就不知道了
。当然这里也要有个前提条件，就是ship to和return from的地点要差得比较远，如果
很近，我估计可能不一定能成功。
