I understand that you are concerned about incorrect address provided in the
order. I truly regret for the inconvenience caused by this situation.
Upon reviewing your account details, I see the order 103-2620854-6726664 has
been placed on March 26, 2012. Also, I get to know that shipping address
provided by the buyer for this order is incomplete and see that you have
emailed to the buyer asking for the complete address confirmation, but the
buyer haven't provided you with the information required and was threatening
to leave negative feedback. I'm sorry for such frustrating situation you
are in, please know that there will be very rare customers like this. Here ,
It's upon you to decide what action to be take as per your business
condition. If you do not want to ship the order to the address provided,
please notify the buyer about your situation and you can cancel the order,
but again this is up on your discretion.
I understand that the buyer is stating that he would give the negative
