We have received your return request. Before we move forward, we need to get
some information from you:
1. What is the problem?
2. Please be aware that this is the brand new unit and comes with
manufacturer warranty. Have you contacted manufacturer about the issue?
Per our record, this item was delivered on Feb. 28th and it was signed by
you. It has been more than five week since the delivery. All return
electronic items are subject to 25% re-stocking fee in addition to the
shipping cost. We highly recommend you to contact the manufacturer first
since the item is well within the warranty before further action.

没用,马鬃对病人极其nice,我碰到过同样的情况,超过30天退货,马鬃最后判全款退

也卖了个monitor,两周后过来退,说不能turn on。。。
来回几封email,发现原来是他没找到power键
