一个是东部的, 买了两个神机, 护士出货, 第二天就送到, 第三天看了看tracking
information, 居然是 Hold at FedEx location request received... Redirecting
shipment per customer request...
我还在figure out这是怎么回事, 病人来信了:
my wife Carol thought your package was her Hugo-Boss Order which she had
requested a return for and therefore she had advised FEDEX to return the
package to the shipper. If you would have sent me the correct tracking I
would have been able to tell the difference, but I always assumed it was her
package because based on the tracking information you had provided, my
parcel hadn't been picked up yet by FEDEX and that's why I contacted you
yesterday. Please kindly reship. I apologize for the mistake, but it was a
misunderstanding due to inaccurate information.
我赶紧check 我给他留的tracking number, 没错啊， 就是这个．．．又给FedEx 打
电话， 看能不能让再送, 结果说已经在回Phoenix的路上了...
