一个打印机说是noise太大，就full refund + shiping
另一个打印机说是opened，拿回家一看，连拆都没拆。又full refund
最让人气的是cs5，说serial number 不对，我到adobe公司证明这个serial number
是对的。没用。 A-Z直接说我list不对。又把钱退了。我这开包货根本没办法处理
啊。
Amazon上就没讲理的地方。
唉。

其实amazon在customer面前也是装孙子，今天有个fba的东西被莫名奇妙refund了几十
块，发信去问，回信说病人不happy，amazon给了他几十的partial refund。但是这个
损失amazon会reimburse我。

是这样的，而且有一次，FBA的东西用户没收到，UPS退回给AMAZON了，也让我FULL
REFUND。
幸亏客户跟我提了一句，我才写了个TICKET把钱要回来了。100多块啊。

他要求refund
你直接同意.
等拿到退货,
你partial refund, 哪怕只要refund 了一块钱, 他再argue 就是另外一套程序了.
当然, 你也不能真的refund 1块钱, 合理charge restock fee 就行了
