I just picked up the printer at my doorstep and set it up. I followed the
instructions and set the printer up and tried to print a test page. The
printer is unable to pick up paper from the paper tray and shows a solid red
/orange "Error" light - however, the test page prints just fine using manual
single sheet feed.
Seems like this printer is damaged.
Either replace the printer with another brand new unit that will work or
refund the entire amount that I paid. Please advise on how to send this
defective unit back to you.
