" Hi,
The laptop we ordered, arrived in good condition. Everything looks good,
except from the very day the laptop arrived, the touchpad is "sticky". It
does not follow the finger very closely, and stops abruptly. It is very hard
to select text. We have tried different touchpad configuration settings in
the control panel, but it has not helped.
I ordered this item while in the US, but am in India now, for the next 6
weeks. So, I am unable to return/exchange the laptop.
I would like to extend the return policy for this order so that I can
exchange or return the laptop when I am back in the US on June 17th. I'll
keep the laptop in brand new condition. Please confirm that this will work."
