Prepaid Visa Card from Norton Rebate $20
$20 refunded at 5/2/12
tried newegg & t-mobile, both of them won't accept it.
联系了CS, 他们说等72小时 for the outcome of investigation.

is there money in the card
if there is money try to use it grocery store
it happened to me with staple prepaid visa card too
than i spend it in walmart

and spent so much hussle on how to use it on newegg? tmobile?

Try $19, it should work. Most time they pre-auth for $1, so you can only
spend $19.

更多细节 & 一并回答问题:
1. 开始用它买Shell卡了; sucker shopper没有寄出 {billing shipping addr不同?}
2. shopper refund了.
3. 可是, 就是不能用. 稀奇!!!
4. 回答mir:
新shopper用户,对之不太信任, 故意用PVC买20%discount的GC.
第一次用这个卡, 毫无问题.
5. PVC CS说: 如果refund大于初始的卡值,卡会自动deactivated. 可不是这个case;
any more ideas?

shopper refund之后, 卡就不能用了.
试了多次, 都没有hit到卡上. 用卡的地方, 也没有报告任何的出错信息.
shopper refund以后, 作为一个card member,shopper能改了我卡的
1. 卡号?
2. expiration date?
3. security code?
闻所未闻!

你认为是一个正常的信用卡可以保护持卡人的权益，还是一个prepaid卡可以？
如果你用prepaid开去注册一个Porn website,还可以理解，你去买20% shopper gc
完全就是wiifit扫地神的前id:蛋疼菊紧

大神: 对于这个特别的情况, PVC合适的: 用掉了$20, 卡号被盗也不拍了. 好比只有$
20的虚拟卡号.

很多时候是这个状况, 那是30天的authorization hold.
可是现在的状况是: 我卡里确实有 $20 available 在那里, 可不能用???

今天 5/5, prepaid card 用掉了.
打电话给CS, 他们解释:
当prepaid card 收到refund, 卡会自动变成inactive一个很短的时间, 例如几分钟.
显然,对于此卡这个例子, inactive状态长了一些. 并且, 这个inactive状态并不在
client site上显示出来.
