现在用假卡骗人的人太多了，Newegg，Buy.com等多是受害者，人家怕到了保护自己罢

I would say Buy.com Rocks!
Someone steal my credit card info and ordered a $1500+ laptop from lenovo.
com with next day dilivery to a different address.
I don't know who eat the final cost, most likely the credit card company.
But there were also a lot of hassle for me.

第一次billing和shipping不一样的话, 是需要verify的.
