那东西确实开过包，但是运之前我看过，根本没有什么scratch。
怎么办？退钱？
This is ridiculous! Why would you lied about your product? This is not brand
new. It has been used! It has scratches on the screen and the back cover.
This thing has been seriously used. I want to return it and I better get a
full refund too. If I didn't hear anything from you within 2 days, then I
will call the customer services of my credit card to get my money back for
me.
