通过网上填写表格后，两个星期discover回复说是
After reviewing the order information, we have determined the purchase did
not meet the merchant's qualification for this Cashback Bonus. The merchant
has advised this order was not placed by linking through affiliate (
ShopDiscover).
我认为我下单时候，操作肯定没错
但是商家拒付，我不知道为什么
还能打电话argue吗？好几单都让拒付了
