chase qp只要一方有chase 账户就可以，boa这个好像是双方都要

我有Chase信用卡，但没有Chase Checking帐号，通过连接其他银行的External
Checking，也能用Chase Quick Pay收钱（Need to wait 2-3 business days for
initial confirmation, 以后收钱就很快，速度以秒计算）。
