我在几个银行都有checking，为什么就这么一个银行发来这个呢？我室友也收到了。信
上说是三年一度的例行更新，所以要重新填，我记得以前应该没填过个表的啊

刚来美国时，大多人不是resident，去银行开户头要填这个W-8BEN，这和你收到的利息
的税有关。
你现在如果身份变了，可以去local branch update the record。
