今天收到return request
下面是buyer 的退货理由
Different from website description
Buyer comments: no skyping, no netflix, no yahoo messenger only camera
feature works for me. all other features are ok but i do not use them.
10个包子请教解决办法，怎么能够减少损失
能不能拒绝return
