Seller卖错东西，收到后以货不符 open case 要求退。Seller 同意退但要求我付退货
运费。是否可以继续dispute要求Seller出运费或提供pre-paid shipping label? 或者
向信用卡公司AMEX dispute? --卖家的问题，我是否要为此承担损失？运费要占总额
的近1/3。

The seller has to pay the shipping for the return if this was a seller’s
fault.

刚查了“eBay Buyer Protection”， 上面有提到 Return shipping will be at the
buyer's expense.

次卖主态度恶劣，给别的卖主留的多是negtive。 现在自己卖东西以次充好，message
也承认。
有什么方法教训一下这evil？ CC dispute 能否让其损失些 ebay/paypal chargeback
fee.
