The network card does not work. I've tried using a cable and connecting
wirelessly and was unsuccessful.

Need to reset the printer:
1. Turn off the machine.
2. Make sure that the front cover is closed and the power cord is plugged in.
3. Hold down the Go button as you turn on the power switch. Keep the Go
button 4.
4. pressed down until all the LEDs light up, and then the Ready
LED turns off. Release the Go button. Make sure that all the LEDs turn
off.
5. Press the Go button six times. Make sure that all the LEDs light up to
indicate the print server has been reset to its factory default settings.
The machine will restart.
Then run the install CD, and follow the instruction.( need press the reset
button for the router when the installing instruction ask to press the reset
button)
The HL-2270DW quality is number one in the world. Almost no chance we could
find
a defective HL2270DW.
