【update】：ebay给了一个return label让我给seller寄回去，还算是圆满解决吧。
ebay买个手机，卖家说是2 month old，今天拿到手里一看，电池是坏的，后盖的logo
掉了一个字母，机身上的生产日期是11年2月，而且屏幕上有一粒灰，还挺大的，在触
摸板下面，搞不出来。
东西到不贵，就是觉得挺恶心的，那哥们还让我给他留个positive。

我最近也碰到类似的经历，不太想为了100来块钱的东西开case，觉得对方也不是故意
的。不是个专业卖家，80多feedback，100% positive，估计是list没把缺陷列全。
listing上还写着no return，咋办？

no return的意思是，你不能无缘无故退货。
但是有质量问题，明显货不对版的，当然可以return了。

ebay上卖二手手机的人很多，但是一般别人都尽量把东西描述清楚，以免纠纷，像这个
哥们这样misleading，就不地道了。
我几个月前才买了个同型号的手机，拿到后非常满意，立马就给seller留了positive。
seller现在已经把case交给ebay判了，随便啥结果都无所谓了。
本身也不贵，而且机器其实也还是可以用的。
如果我输了，neg我还是要留的。
