申请过一个MINORITY的奖学金，被拒了。现在发现又有一个，不知道是否还要申请。
之前有一个MINIROTY的奖学金，有一个黑人拿了，反正黑人肯定是OK的。
然后貌似有盆友跟我说中国人因为人数太少都不算MINORITY的，黑人才是 ?有这个说法
吗？老黑那么多也算MINORITY，这咋个定义吗？不然就是4.0的鸡屁爱也拿不到任何
MINORITY的奖学金了，可怜了我们后代的娃娃，难怪那些中国人都拿什么校长，州长奖
学金了，被逼的啊。

Minority Group [Education] Law & Legal Definition
According to 34 CFR 280.4 [Title 34 – Education; Subtitle B -- Regulations
of the Offices of the Department of Education; Chapter II -- Office of
Elementary and Secondary Education, Department of Education; Part 280 --
Magnet Schools Assistance Program; Subpart A – General], the term minority
group means the following:
“(1) American Indian or Alaskan Native. A person having origins in any of
the original peoples of North America, and who maintains cultural
identification through tribal affiliation or community recognition.
(2) Asian of Pacific Islander. A person having origins in any of the
original peoples of the Far East, Southeast Asia, the Indian subcontinent,
or the Pacific Islands. This area includes, for example, China, India, Japan
, Korea, the Philippine Islands, and Samoa.
(3) Black (Not of Hispanic Origin). A person having origins in any of the
black racial groups of Africa.
(4) Hispanic. A person of Mexican, Puerto Rican, Cuban, Central or South
American, or other Spanish culture or origin, regardless of race.”
