真的吗？怎么开，我开了一下，系统说：
We're sorry there's a problem with your purchase. You have 45 days after you
buy an item to open a case. Unfortunately, the deadline to contact us about
a problem with this item was Aug 31, 2012. You can try to work out this
problem by contacting the seller- opens in a new window or tab.
