都一个多月来，从Amazon FBA买的，现在来信说：
The screen is black when I turn it on. The computer itself seems to be
running, but I cannot see anything. There is no visable damage or reason
that I can come up for this.
该怎么解决？电脑型号比较老，现在估计已经不在厂家（Acer）waranty有效期内了。

FBA基本无解,联系acer看看还有没有保修,没的话就只能看买家的心情了

如果病人退货，是退到Amazon还是应该退给我？

退到Amazon,等amazon收到后你可以要amazon寄回来给你

Suggest the following 2 steps:
1 Turn on the laptop and press Fn and F5
2 If still no display, connect the laptop to an external monitor and try
pressing Fn and F5 to toggle display.
