placed with your store. Below is the information provided by the customer:

Reason: Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Item
Details: Hello.
I am contacting you in behalf of the cu8stomer who would like to return the
item and have a possible refund for the item. The computer malfunctioned
within 3 weeks of using it and they have consulted Dell about it. Please
contact the customer for process of returns and refund.
