我自己fulfilled一个全新的笔记本，被一个默罕默德买去了，可能是被drop ship到埃
及了，deliver以后10天了，说blah blah broke了，我已经refund $100 courtesy了，
it又说别的坏了，让it找warranty,it还不乐意，今天又搞了个A-Z,本来想让it return
算了，it狮子大开口要多要$500才退,md他自己买的modem交的关税也要我出。大牛们看一
下A-Z是不是俺一定会输，有啥建议？多谢了！

对这种人不要心怀念想，neg+az跑不了了。
所以不要讲任何条件，退货就退钱，不退货不partial refund.
梦老说的对，如果退回来，发现没有什么问题，charge 20% restocking fee也可以试
试。他如果不退一点钱都拿不回去，你一开始的100块就不应该退。
最后一点，他人在哪儿跟你无关，你是寄到美国境内的地址的。退货如果造成关税等问
题也有他负责。你认准一点，拿到退货再退钱。

仔细看了一下，埃及人A的billing country是EG,但是it寄给了另一个人B，shipping地
址当然是美国的，这种咋算？

you don't say his country is not A-z qualify ya
just say he want you to ship to Egypt through a transfer point in US. your
responsibility ends after it reach transfer point, afterward damage is his
responsibility.
if he need to return, you will accept. but need to verify.
then if he really send back you can say he send a brick, no refund. nobody
protect him.
