I'd do the following things if I were you.
1. Tell the buyer that the series number has been reported to Apple and
policies as a stolen item.
2. If buyer still wants a full refund, uploading all evidences you have and
file an investigate to your carrier.

shoots of the phone system (about page). I will send to the buyer
but i don't think usps will do anything even i purchased the insurance,
since the package has been delivered, no lost
