他说我的ipad，狠好。里面还有来自bestbuy的shipping receipt, 但是他说那不是正
式receipt, 没法claim warranty,所以要退
我老也不懂苹果的warranty 怎么work,求怎么回复他。（广告里面说的是包含bestbuy

tell him/her BB is apple's authorized retailer and bb receipt is good for
apple's warranty. ask him to call apple / go to apple store to verify this.
I guess your patient damaged the ipad and tried to claim warranty, but it
was accidential damage and it was not covered by the standard mfr warranty.
so...

apple can help him just with the s/n
tell him call apple or go to an apple store
and apple will take care of everything for him

可以在网上输s/n然后check warranty
