一加州光头ebay上买了电脑，又是要照片又是要overnight.现在告诉我付钱了，一查
paypal,根本没付，还一直用private email联系。是不是可以肯定是骗子了，现在想即
使付了钱也不想寄了，现在怎么办？我能cancel order但是不想得neg?
Well,I'm so sorry for the little delay in making the payment.Just only
waiting for go ahead clarification from ebay which have been given.
Finally,the payment for the item has been carried out in order for you to be
able to ship out to the listed address as a festive gift.

Well,nice hearing from you once again after the payment.Just only fed up
about the whole situation.Simply bcos the money for this transaction has
been deducted from my acct already and I was told by paypal that you will
have to send the shipment tracking number to them before your acct will be
credited due to their newly introduced fraudulent eradication policies.
So,I will advice you get the item shipped and send the tracking number to
paypal and also let me aware of the postage.So as for me to be able to
contact paypal immediately.
I promise to try all my possible best to make sure the money is released to
your acct as soon as you done that.
