这个其实漏洞明显
email的sender是buyer的名字，里面是amazon csr的口气，一看就让人起疑。
bottom line:不要随便refund. 等几天再说都来得及

csr重复buyer的话,不是csr的意思
一般是buyer直接选择contact amazon, amazon的csr吧buyer的话转发给seller

一般转发都是直接引用阿
比如
Customer comment: I did not authorized this payment. The package will be
refused upon delivery and sent back the seller. Please refund immediately.
bla bla

经常有傻逼buyer不知道直接联系seller,找amazon客服,可能还是打电话的
客服吧病人的意见发给你呀,很正常,到amazon的message里面去看,写了啥就是啥

evil是肯定的，不过看来这是个amazon的email bug, 可以利用这个来诈骗

我收到好像也有这样的.
而且customer应该拿不到seller的email,只能amazon上contact seller.

就跟ebay一样，你及时更新tracking no，他打电话给快递公司或者邮局更改邮寄地址。
然后货去了另外一个地方。然后他说没收到。
不知道他如何做到的。
现在一般是货到，我更新tracking no.
这样就是有一些贱人，即使收到了，看你没有给tracking no，就来信说要这个，想查
状态。
然后你更新后，他丫就闭嘴了。
版上有人反映过类似问题。

今天就有一个这样的，说是打电话cancel order，我没收到。要求退，我说那先发个sn
吧，然后等了很多天没收到。今天就被A-Z了，说要的信息都发了，还撒谎说printer
defective。明明他之前的email都说了duplicate order。我都不知道是amazon客服有
问题，还是buyer有问题。
