手机如果trade in给国外的商贩，应该没事，国外的商贩自行unlock，牵连不到原手机
持有者身上来。
现在应该只是不能在美国大量收货了，收货地址要放到国外，paypal啥的只是付款，而
没有资金注入，诉棍们应该也没法做啥限制吧。
