这厮冤情个毛线。
先说要退货，not as described
我问他哪里不described了，这厮就直接开az了，回都不回。理由是128g的ssd系统显示
容量不是128，电脑是宽屏（我擦，这个也能做理由），电池只能用6个小时，list里说
up to 10
amazon的猪头客服居然也不听我解释，full refund。

不可能不return 就refund 呀，除非你拒绝他return

对，这个还是return的，交锋分两阶段，一个是退货前，一个是退货后。restocking一
分没收到。
不过az是有可能不需要return就全部refund的，只要buyer claim你的model number不
对，csr是有可能直接给refund without return。

不会的，肯定要先退货，az 也没那么不讲理。

以后还是要听梦老的，坚决先手反evil
老老实实跟amz列证据什么的，都是在骗自己

az 不讲理的事多了，我就被搞过。病人钱货两得。气得你肝疼。

可以的。
我在Amazon买课本，花了120多，说明上说是美国版，我还特意注意了一下说明，结果
给我寄过来一个影印的特别烂的印度版，我马上找amazon，amazon第二天就把钱给我退
回来了。
不过我还是很nice的把那个印度版给寄回去了，还花了我5块钱！
