卖的lego,退回来时遥控马达全不见了,显然被buyer偷光了。
开了case,竟然得到此等回复、亚马逊完全没有廉耻,偏帮evil,和evil狼狈为奸。
是不是没有办法,只能move on了?
Greetings,
I've reviewed the images provided and I am sorry to know that your items in
the removal order is missing parts. I see that these units were customer
returned units which were in unsellable condition as the buyer have returned
the units in customer damaged condition.
When an item returns to our warehouse as customer damaged or defective, it
is put into unfulfillable status. We do not credit the sellers in this case.
This policy is located in Section 3.2 of the FBA Manual:

Since the product removed was in an unsellable condition, you received the
item in missing parts condition. Amazon is not responsible for the
unsellable item, I am sorry but we cannot issue a credit for the items in
removal order ID: xxxxx
Also Amazon will not credit sellers if the customer returned items are
missing their original packaging and other parts. We do understand that
there are situations, where buyer may misuse the system in-spite of having
dedicated teams and systems in place to take action against buyers who are
violating. We do consider this and would certainly work to improve our
surveillance over violating buyers. That being said, I have passed on the
information to our surveillance team about this buyer. All complaints are
thoroughly investigated by our surveillance team, for privacy reasons, the
results of our investigations cannot be disclosed; however, disciplinary
actions will be taken as appropriate.
