since never used, call for re-issue? say you never received it?
if expire this month, you can still use it.

过期一样能拿回来，钱是你的，找issue的卡公司从新签发
貌似好像是美国法律规定，你看VISA gift card都是这么写的
卡可以过期，钱不过期，过期了再去要卡

无耻的卡每个月收fee，balance已经变0了。。。

charged $2 this month. all gone.
Just called, the CSR helped, but he said 'the company' will not give back
the charges...
lesson learned...
No idea how this never spent, I spent another two....
