骂我也行，骂老中evil也行。
主要是她第一封email发过来的时候，包裹已经被pick up了，不然我肯定给她cancel了
的。。。。。。。。
贱了。。。。。
病人第一封：
Does it include warranty? if it has, how long is the warranty terms about
the parts and labor?
病人第二封：
I have some questions there. I ordered a laptop in Amazon. But I'm not sure
it is new or refurbished, can you help me to check about it? If you can't,
can you tell me what are else ways I can check it.thank you.
病人第三封：
Return reason: Defective/Does not work properly
Buyer comments: this laptop cannot connect internet very well.
病人第四封：
I am not willing to buy a expensive item with problems. And I bought a new
thing. How can you let me accept that I must fix it first before I use it.
So can you let me return it with full refund? Or increase the customer fee?
