病人硬说相机有问题 (all picture are grainy)，我就让丫退回来，给了标准回复如
没问题15%charge.丫马上发飙，意思是她说有相机问题就有问题，她才不管我查的结果
，而且立马A-Z,我靠。

Something is wrong with this camera. It does not take a good picture at all
- every picture I have taken is very, very grainy - the screen itself even
looks grainy. Something is wrong.

Curious, for u case, amazon allow that SOB to return?
And it is not resellable, and amazon ask you to eat it?

call amazon，they may full refund you
amazon wont allow return for over 60 days
