buyer一单买了两个一样的FBA东西，给Amazon打了电话三次，Amazon退了三次钱，还都
来扣我的钱，写信去问，倒是退回一次钱给我，还说其中一次是Goodwill。
Buyer退货的Reason:I accidentally ordered the wrong item
Amazon给我的信:
Buyer contacted our customer service department regarding refund for this
order, our customer service department refunded the order, because our
customer service department takes care of FBA order refunds and buyer
queries on mutual understanding.
We have researched further and found that only 2 units were returned back by
the buyer but he was refunded thrice. The refund of amount $xx.xx was
issued to the buyer as Goodwill. This amount should not have been charged to
your account but it got charged due to an error.
